Birdcage Tag

The other day when I had finished
my card making and cleared off my desk, I saw two pieces of paper I had cut to use on a card, but didn't. Normally I would put them in my bag of scraps, but something about these two rejects cried out to me... "Please make me into something pretty". Those pieces were on my desk for three day until I finally picked them back up and got a vision of what I could do. I hope you'll like my repurposed scraps...
