City Crafters Challenge #106

Sweet Cheryl Nelson
this week's hostess at CCCB, has given the unique challenge of "A Little Rough Around the Edges"

Simply add a little burlap to your project to add texture.

This card has a base of
white cardstock with Bazzill Petalsoft pink for mats. The patterned papers are from K & Co's Ancestry 4x6 Designer Mat Pad and My Mind's Eye Madison Avenue 6x6 Designer Paper Pad. The transparency frame is a Glitz French Kiss Peek-A-Boo. Vintage Photo Distress Ink was sponged on all the edges.

The flourish was cut with
Die-namics Leafy Flourish Die. The sentiment is from Verve and is stamped onto a piece cut with the Die-namics Layered Label Die Set. The pearls are Queen & Co and the gingham ribbon is from my stash.

The flowers and leaves
are all from I Am Roses and are misted with Lindy's Stamp Gang Cactus Gold Glitz Spritz... all arranged on a piece of natural burlap.

This adorable bird is
from American Crafts and was in that grand prize package I received from Cheryl as winner of her drawing awhile back. Amazingly, it matched these papers perfectly.
Be sure to head over and
see the lovely projects the CCCB Design Team have made. Their Guest Designer, Michelle Bala, has created a knock-out burlap bag... SO pretty!!!
Have a fabulous day... it's absolutely GORGEOUS here! ... and we're packing our bags. Getting ready to head out for another adventure.
