CR84FN41 Color Challenge

The color combo for the challenge
at CR84FN for the next two weeks is Steel Blue, Gray and Yellow. Here is my take...

This is a combination of
papers from two of My Mind's Eye 6 x 6 Designer Paper Pads... Lost & Found "Portobello Road" and So Sophie "Graceful".

My embellishments are
a Melissa Frances Vintage Frame, Making Memories Metal Flowers and a Recollections Pearl Flourish. I also used a bit of 4mm flat backed pearl trim from my stash.

The flowers are from I Am
Roses and Recollections. The borders were cut with Martha Stewart's Tradtional Scallop and Scallop Dot and Die-namics Jumbo Scallop. The Distress Ink is Antique Linen.
My card from last week's
challenge was chosen as one of the Terrific Top 3. Yahhh Hoooo... I'm so excited and feel so very honored. Thank you to Mona and to all the other sweet ladies at CR84FN! I'm really enjoying participating in their color challenges. Hope you'll join in, too!
Thanks for stopping by today... have a fabulous Tuesday!

Isn't this color combo inspiring?
The CR84FN Color Challenge #40 is Red, Brown and Kraft! You MUST check out the DT's projects... some amazingly talented ladies there!

Skelton leaves are from I Am Roses
as well as the mini red rose buds, brown shaded roses and a brown gardenia that was sprayed with Tattered Leather Glimmer Mist. The kraft leaves were cut from Sizzix Branch w/Leaves die. The bow is red crinkled seam binding.

These gorgeous brads are all Lost
& Found Union Square "Favorite" Brads.

The dies are Spellbinders Floral
Doily Motifs and Classic Circles Large. The stamps are Studio G Ditto "Lots of Hugs" and Tim Holtz "Boundless Flight" used with Walnut Stain Distress Ink. The jewels are TPC Studio "Reel Me In".

CR84FN37 Color Challenge

This week at CR84FN the
challenge is to create with these three colors: Light Blue, Turquoise and Neutral.

I used Bo Bunny's Gabrielle
"Cameo" DP teamed with white and light blue cardstock.

I stamped the cameo with a Ditto
sentiment from Studio G using Walnut Stain Distress Ink, fussy cut it, then popped it up with 3-D foam squares. I glued on a touch of sheer light blue trim and a few pearls. I sectioned a Prima pearl swirl and added some down the left side of the card and used the rest for the butterfly and under the "You" of the sentiment.

Recollections mini roses,
a medium rose from I Am Roses and MS oak leaves punched from light blue cardstock complete this card.
I hope to see your creation displayed at CR84FN this week!

You For Two Challenges

When I started to make a card
for the Kraft Outlet Anything Goes Challenge, I realized that my colors were just perfect for the Challenge at CR84FN36 also.

This is my card...

I used my favorite Kraft cardstock
along with Girls Paperie Kitch "Rose Bouquet" backside and Sassafrass Sweetly Smitten "Dainty Sketch" backside.

I made this floral bouquet with a base
of a skeleton leaf and a Sizzix Branch w/Leaves diecut in Kraft cardstock, assorted roses, yellow crinkled seam binding and a Metal Edge Grungy Tag stamped with my sentiment "You".

Added two tied vintage buttons, a Sassafras
Journal Tag and a Tim Holtz Salvage Sticker.
Please join me in entering these two challenges this week.
