A Cheery, Vintage Get Well Pocket Card

Greetings and welcome!
It's a hot day in our area which means I'm staying home and crafting.
I have one card to share I created awhile back with vintage laces, vintage buttons, and some die-cut ferns with a bit of inking and heat embossing.

Tucked in the pocket is a collaged tag with a lace and wrinkled seam binding bow.
Have a wonderful week and thanks for stopping by!

Serenity Get Well Soon Pocket Card

Hello! I hope you're doing well on this wonderful Friday!
The weather here is gorgeous and the Penmaker and I spent the morning relaxing in the back yard with our son, daughter-in-law, and grandson, Tommy. What a delightful time!
It's back to work, now, and he's out mowing, and I'm heading to my craft room as soon as I'm finished with this post.

My Serenity card is another of my combo ones. This one is a mix of two Prima collections and some Bazzill cardstocks, plain and dotted. The flowers are Prima's and I Am Roses. The Serenity sentiment is from Artistic Outpost's Serenity stamp set. I used Ranger Archival Jet Black ink on ivory cardstock from Recollections, and cut it out with MFT's Stitched Rectangles. The lace is from Hobby Lobby. The copper filigree corner and bird are from The Funkie Junkie Boutique.

The Pretty Pink Posh Sparkling Clear Confetti came from Simon Says Stamp.

Have a fantastic day and thanks for stopping by!

Wishing You a Fast Recovery Pocket Card

Hello there!
I want to share a get well card I created awhile ago with some Bo Bunny papers and Tim Holtz ephemera and mini gears. I cut a couple of the layers with my MFT Die-namics Stitched Rectangle dies. The larger gear at the bottom right is from Hobby Lobby. It's topped with a TH Hex Fastener. The boy is one of the TH Paper Dolls popped up with foam adhesive. The 78 in the right top corner is a TH Remnant Rub Gilded Accent. The sentiment was stamped with Altenew's Heartfelt Sentiments and Ranger Jet Black Archival Ink. I used Metallic Kraft paper for mats. The tag is tied with hand-dyed wool.

Wishing you a great day

Prima Love Clippings Get Well Pocket Card

Hello there dear friends!
Today I have a get well card made with the beautiful Prima Love Clippings collection. This one won my heart when I first saw it last year. Probably because of the foil accents... gorgeous!

Here under my crocheted trim, you can see some of the foil peeking through.

The flowers are by Prima as well. The champaign colored half pears are by Recollections from Michaels. My Get Well Soon sentiment is from the Clearly Besotted set Many Mini Messages and is stamped in Ranger Archival Coffee ink.

The filigree corner piece is in copper to match the foil accents on the papers.
And that's it!
Have a wonderful day!

Wishing You A Fast Recovery Pocket Card

Hi there! Welcome!
We have some freezing cold weather and snow going on here. Not what I was hoping for today, but there it is. I guess it's what's to be expected in March... the unexpected.

My card is a masculine one or actually for anyone who loves cars and mechanical workings. I used some of the Graphic 45 odds and ends from my stash of papers. Lots of layering and foam dimensional adhesive.

I pulled out a couple of Alterations Thinlits dies... Gearhead and Labels... to make some fancy cuts to mix in among the mats.

The hardware... screw heads and bolt... are by Prima. I think this corner piece is Momenta. Love using metal pieces when I don't use flowers. I gives that extra texture that's needed.
So glad to see you today.

Thanks for stopping by!

French Country Get Well Soon Pocket Card

Hello friends! I hope you're having a great day!
I have a Get Well Soon card to show you created from Graphic 45's French County collection from a few years back. I still have lots of the papers even though I've made a ton of projects with them. I must have really loaded up on this one, which is funny because now I'm not sure it's my style at all. I'm not going to let this go to waste though, so you'll be seeing this collection pop up every now and then.

This Prima bloom with the gold beaded center matched very nicely. For the sentiment I used Altenew's Heartfelt Sentiments set with Darice navy Ink It Up! premium dye ink.

I used several of the collection tags and pockets, and tucked in an Alterations Thinlits doily, too.

I do like the chickens on these patterns, but I think my real draw originally to this collection was the blue.
That's it for now. Have a wonderful weekend!

Thanks for stopping by!

Special Delivery Get Well Soon Pocket Card

Hello and Happy Friday!
This is a very quick post today in honor of the weekend.

This Get Well card was created entirely from Tim Holtz product, well almost. I wanted to keep this in my vintage-type style and Tim's stuff is just perfect for fulfilling my wishes. I went with his Dapper 12x12 Paper Stash, Metallic Kraft Paper Stash, Emporium and Expedition Ephemera Packs, and Alterations Bigz Postage Stamp Frame die. Non-Holtz items I used are the filigree antique bronze corner pieces, May Arts burlap string, wrinkled seam binding ribbon, and a wide metal eyelet. The Get Well Soon sentiment was heat embossed with Ranger's Gold Super Fine EP.
Have a great weekend!

Thanks for stopping by!

Get Well Pocket Card

Lately I've developed a real appreciation for BoBunny. They've come out with some beautiful designs that I truly love and seem to lend themselves to my style. For this get well card, I used their Juliet collection along with a bird digi, my favorite Petaloo flowers and burlap string, as well as handmade glossy leaves.

We have granddaughter Adelaide to ourselves today, so I'm pretty busy... playing, marching, singing, and the other usual grandma activities. Truly, what a blessing!!!

Thanks for stopping by... and have a wonderful weekend!

A Wallflower Get Well Card

This get well card for a friend of the Penmaker, was created on a kraft card stock base with mats of Prima Engraver from the 6" paper pad, Tim Coffey K & Company cut with Alterations Postage Stamp Frame, and Tim Holtz Wallflower from the 12" paper pad.

My hand dyed wool was cut with Alterations Mini Tattered Leaves die set and the tag with their Tiny Tabs & Tags. The twine is May Arts natural burlap string.

I really appreciate you stopping by!
