Our Time File Folder Mini Album

Today I'm wrapping up
my month long stint as guest designer at eclectic Paperie. I have a lengthy, detailed tutorial over there featuring this file folder mini album. Please stop over for a visit... and please leave me a comment... I'd so much appreciate it!

My complete list of supplies
as well as photos of all the pages are there also.
Thanks to Kim and Bonnie
for the opportunity to share my projects. I've had a wonderful time!

Scrappin In The Smokies Back Flip Mini Album Part 4

My album is created mostly
with Prima's Engraver collection. The pattern is Laura Denison's Back Flip Mini Album that you can purchase here.

Today the Penmaker and
I should be on our way home from the Mid-Atlantic Penturners Gathering and our vacation in Virginia. Even though I took supplies along to work at the condo, I'm really looking forward to being back at my own desk in my own craft room.
Have a wonderful Sunday!

Scrappin In The Smokies Back Flip Mini Album Part 3

As you read this I should
be scrappin in Massanutten Resort, Virginia. These pages are the third signature in my back flip mini album of our Smoky Mountain trip last winter. Please look here and here for more details.

Scrappin In The Smokies Back Flip Mini Album Part 2

I've debated as to whether
or not I would post more of this album as it's SO hard to photograph with all the flips, flaps and pockets. In the end though, reasoning that I wanted to TRY to show you what I have finished so far, I've attempted to give you an idea of just how much real estate there is in this Back-Flip Mini Album.

This is the second
signature... six signatures total. The papers I've used are from Prima's Engraver collection with odds and ends from others by Prima and Basic Grey.

A flip out half page.

A tag in a pocket.

Flips down to reveal
another pocket with a tag insert...

which then all flips
back to show lots more fold outs.

This is a challenging album
to create, but believe me... even more so to photograph. If you like to embellish, this album is for you. So much space to fill up. You might want to try this one... check it out here.
Beautiful sunny weather
here today, although once again we woke to an inch or more of snow on the ground and very icy roads. I wonder if this is the last we will see of that white stuff, or if there will be a recurrence another day soon. I'm sure of one thing... I do not know if it will and am resigned to the fact that it may snow all spring!
Have a happy day, friends!

My 2013 Christmas Mini Album Cover

We are in the midst of
winter storm Titan in our part of Ohio, so I'm working on my mini album for my 2013 Christmas photos. Since last year's album had a canvas cover, I decided to do another from fabric. I've had this material in my stash for several years and thought it was time to make something of it. The plus was it matched the Kaisercraft St. Nicholas collection to a T, which is what I'm using. The flowers here are from the Petaloo Botanica collection and the holly is Anna Griffin's Emerald Forest 3-D stickers.

These are the inside covers.
Nothing much else done. Like last year, I'll post the pages as I complete them.
I hope you're having
a good weekend, and your weather is better than ours. Think spring!

Fair Skies Mini Album

Before Christmas I ordered
one of Scrap Ace's fabulous bargains that they had going... a Farmhouse Fair Skies mini album class kit complete with paper pad, stickers and chipboard. When I pulled it out to begin, I was sorely disappointed as the layouts for the pages were so "not me". What you see here is a Linda B version... not completely my style, but the best I could do with a collection that I wouldn't have purchased had it not been "such a deal"! I believe I have learned a valuable lesson.

I added some Petaloo
and Prima flowers here and there, plus a few other embellishments.
