Standard Fashion Pocket Card

We have had days of rain with a forecast of more to come all week long. To top that off, I found two ticks on my dog. Don't you love spring? I wouldn't trade it for anything. It's the best time of the year... next to summer... and fall.
I'm still playing with The Ladies' Diary collection. Will I tire of it?... doubtful!

I added in some of my favorite metal leaves in two sizes to my floral mix of Petaloo Botanica, I Am Roses and cheesecloth.

I've been adding tons of 3-D adhesive foam on all my cards lately for that extra bit of depth. I love the look it gives.

The Alterations dies used are Distressed Doily, Cabinet Card and Mini Cabinet Card. I put a layer of clear Rock Candy Stickles on the rose image on the Mini CC cut and sponged Vintage Photo Distress Ink on all the paper edges.

I hope your spring has been all your were looking forward to having. Can you believe we only have a few days until summer... where does time go?

Thank you for stopping by!
Linda

OMWord, what a beauty, Linda! I love the colors! That blue is just soooo beautiful, and I am always in awe of all your layers and details! Love the chipboard tag on this one, and that cluster of flowers is amzing. Loving the distressed doily with the metal skeleton leaves, too. Adds such a great touch of texture!

This is my absolute all time favorite shade of blue. Those metal leaves are incredible and the doily edge and pretty seam biding ribbon soften the look to perfection. Beautiful Linda! Hugs!
