C Is For Cycle

The weather just can't make
up its mind... is it fall or not! Yesterday was glorious and sunny... today... ugh! It didn't stop the Penmaker from a round of golf with our son, though. At least they took me to Starbuck's first before deserting me for the links. Ah... there's nothing like a cup of hot Pike Place to soothe the hurt! Ha Ha!
There is a challenge at
Scrapbookers Anonymous called A to Z and this month is the letter "C". This is mine...

"C" is for Cycle...
and for it I've used MME Lost & Found Two - Rosy "Ordinary" Adventure Paper and light green cardstock. The Distress Ink is Antique Linen.

The rosette was cut from
Basic Grey's Oxford "Sorority". My birthday sentiment was stamped from an old Scrappy Cat's set with black Archival Ink onto a scrap and fussy cut. That's it... pretty simple!
I'm entering this in these challenges:
Scrapbookers Anonymous - "C" Challenge
Simon Says Stamp Challenge - Anything Goes

Hope you'll join in the fun!
Thanks for stopping by!

Scrapbookers Anonymous August Challenge

My card today from my Midsummer
Night's Dream Pixie Dust Paperie Kit is for the challenge at Scrapbookers Anonymous.

The challenge is to use up some of
your stash of journaling blocks on your project. Well, I have tons of those things!

Like this one from my October Fall In
Love Kit. The word stickers are by The Girls' Paperie and were also in the MND Kit. The other tag is from K & Company.

The butterfly is a Recollections
clearance item, and the Metal Rose Brad is from the American Crafts Dear Lizzy collection in the My Funky Valentine Kit. Kirsty also sells these individually by the package of nine assorted colored brads. I love these!

The main paper choice here is
the Pink Paislee Sweetness - Love Blooms plus three different colors of cardstock. I also cut a piece from the AC Delightful Robin Diecut found in the MFV Kit with a crinkled seam binding bow tied with jute.

Now, I have a little guy waiting
for me... it's Grayden time at Grandpa and Grandma's house!
