City Crafter Challenge #83,

Is that laughter I hear?

Now, wait a minute for my explanation. My granddaughter Dixie's second birthday is this week and I thought I would incorporate her love of cows into her card and enter a challenge at the same time. 

The card base is Bazzill's Pinkini

and all other papers were scraps... don't you love when that works out? I sponged Spun Sugar Distress Ink on all the edges.

These dies are Spellbinder's

Floral Doily Motifs, Large Classic Scalloped Circles and Classic Hearts. I sponged the Spun Sugar DI on the cow die cut before removing the die. 

The flowers are from I Am 

Roses and were sprayed with Marshmallow Glimmer Mist. My triple loop bow is crinkled seam binding and the sentiment was stamped with Black Archival Ink and an old Scrappy Cats stamp set. The double sided border strip was punched with Martha Stewart's Doily Lace.
