Grayden

I'm sorry for my lack
of posts lately, but I still seem to be traveling through a non- creative valley that I can't climb out of. That's how bad it is... I just ended a sentence with a preposition!
Our grandson, Grayden, had
his eighth birthday last week. He's such a sweet little guy... I thought I'd make him a layout to hang in his room using some Gettysburg patterned paper. The photos were taken a couple of weeks ago on a picnic we had with our daughter and her family. Can you believe... I took a hundred and sixty-one photos that day... nearly all of our grandchildren. Oh boy!!!
Here's what I made him...

The base papers are from
the Pink Paislee Hope Chest collection and all others are paper I had bought at Forevermore Scrapbooks in Gettysburg on our last trip there. My stock is very low, so I think it's about time the Penmaker and I pack our bags and head over that way... good excuse, huh?

The metal corner is by
Momenta, the bolts on the top left and right corners are Prima Mechanicals, and the Hinge Clip at the top is from Idea-ology.

All the flowers are Petaloo,
the metal flourish is also a Momenta piece, and the natural burlap string is from May Arts.

This metal embellishment
piece by Recollections, I got on clearance at Michaels. It's topped with another of the Prima Mechanicals and wound with the burlap string. There's a Prima Junkyard Findings clock peeking out from under the torn edge of the Gettysburg map.

A Prima Junkyard Findings
zipper... and that word explore is perfect for this boy!!! He never stops.

The alpha stickers are
Cosmo Cricket Tiny Type in black.

The stars are Pink Paislee Artisan
Chipboard and the Distress ink on all the paper edges is Vintage Photo.
