My Red Hooded Girl Pocket Card

I purchased a large amount of new books for my eBay shop and it's been taking up all my creative time to get them posted. I'm sorry I haven't been around as much. Hopefully I can work on my Christmas cards the rest of this week. I started this one last night, but had to finish it this morning. I can't seen to stay up as late as I once did. Wow, I hope I'm not getting old.

The base of my card is Teresa Collins Santa's List from last year. The tag is the same paper. The doily was cut with Alterations Distress Doily in red cardstock. The two frames are of tan cardstock and BoBunny DoubleDot Chiffon Journal. They were cut with Spellbinder's Oval Floral. The Cheer tag was cut with Alterations Tiny Tabs & Tags.

I fussy cut my red hooded girl from a sheet of BoBunny called Christmas Collage Stamps that I picked up at Your Scrapbook Superstore in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee last month on our trip.

The antique brass filigree is from The Funkie Junkie Boutique, the gem is by Prima, and the red flower is by Petaloo. My Joy tab was cut with Alterations Tiny Tabs & Tags. I added a lot of Twinklet's Diamond Dust to just about everything.

Petal Botanicas in red and green, cheesecloth, and natural burlap string.

Petaloo red berries.

My tag is finished with a wide antique brass eyelet and a seam binding ribbon bow.

Thanks for stopping by... I so appreciate your visits!

Beautiful Linda! I love the pops of red you included to tie in with the image, and that image is just darling!! I have just started dabbling in patterned papers and this BoBunny image has caught my attention! Thanks for the inspiration. hugs :)

Oh, how gorgeous! I love how you framed the red riding hood image on here, Linda, and love the cluster of flowers! The doily and tag are really great, too. I so love all the little details you add to your projects. Stunning!

Beautiful! I've seen some other pieces of that Bo Bunny paper on blogs and it's gorgeous. Always love to see your work Linda. :-)
