Relax And Enjoy At The Shabby Tea Room

The challenge at

using this photo for inspiration,
create a card or project with yellow, pink, green and any neutral color in your design.

I used mostly scraps from
my stash except for the Doodlebug Design Petite Prints I bought at Forevermore Scrapbooks in Gettysburg, PA.

I fussy cut the roses from a
piece of Prima's Sweet Fairy Collection called Romantique and popped them up with 3-D foam adhesive.

 I cut the chipboard frame with
my Spellbinders Labels Seventeen and stamped it with Skipping Stones Design's Timeless Textures and Spun Sugar Distress Ink. Added a bit of Recollections bling.
Thanks for stopping by!

Oh, Linda, I wish I had a small fraction of your talent to create such lovely feminine cards. I am gonna give it a try. I have a sheet of gorgeous yellow roses that I want to turn into a birthday card for my mom (her birthday is Aug. 30th). Her favorite color is yellow and she loves butterflies, so I' gonna try to emulate YOU, my friend!

Yes, I would love to try to meet up in Gettysburg one day. Probably not before my girlies are back in school :)

So elegant and beautiful, Linda! I so adore those fancy cut roses and the sweet label frame. The touch of bling is the perfect addition, too. :)
