Sending You Love And Prayers

This is my second post today.
I've combined two challenges to make today's card... sketch #215 from Mojo Monday...

and this color scheme from
The Play Date Cafe Challenge #108...

This is my take on the two...

The card base is ivory cardstock and
the mate base is Imaginisce's Happy Harvest "Carmel Apples" backside. My DP is from the My Mind's Eye Lost & Found Two Sunshine Collection - "Lovely" and "Memories". You'll also see a piece of the Tim Holtz Kraft-Core #6 that I embossed with Cuttlebug's Script Texture Folder and sanded. I sponged the edges with Gathered Twigs Distress Ink from Tim's Fall Limited Edition DI Collection.

A Bo Bunny Timepiece Trinket,
I Am Roses Cherry Blossoms and a pine die cut of copper from Tim Holtz Alteration's Tattered Pincone Die Set form my corner floral grouping.

I took the color copper from
the PDCC108 color scheme literally and used my favorite copper sheeting, cutting it with Tim's Alteration's Mini Tickets Set. I topped it with my sentiment, again an old set, that I stamped with Black Archival Ink onto a piece of vellum. I think you can tell I'm loving... 1. Copper and 2. Alterations Dies... so much fun! Come on now and join me in entering these two great challenges!
Hey, hey... it's Friday!
Hope you all have a fabulous weekend... stay safe!

Thanks for stopping by!
Hugs!
Linda

I played at Mojo Monday too! (thanks for your comment, BTW, Linda) I actually found that sketch to be tricky, even though it looks simple. I like how you included a key trinket in the cluster of flowers. Gives it some more dimension. And you used our challenge colors so well! Those papers are gorgeous. You know how I love damask (or, now you do!). So glad you came to play with us at The Play Date Cafe!
