City Crafter Challenge #103

Our sweet Hostess, Ros,
at City Crafter Challenge Blog, has set a challenge of creating a card or project with either "A Hat On It"... "The Word Hat On It".. or "Both"!
Here is mine...

I don't know, but it
seems to me, I'm using more and more product on my projects. Once I start, it's hard to know when to quit! This card began with a base of white textured cardstock... then a mat of Ice Cream textured cardstock machine stitched together with a piece from Glitz French Kiss 6x6 pad.

I then layered on a paper
doily misted with Scintillating Silver Glitz Spritz, a die-cut from Glitz French Kiss Whatnot collection, a music paper ribbon heart die-cut, a Venise lace heart I purchased from Linda at The Funkie Junkie on Etsy, a bow of crinkled white seam binding tied with ribbon and twine from Linda's shop along with a cute little pink heart she also sent me. All this is topped with a vintage button, a Prima Say It In Crystals gem and a pearl stick pin. The pink mini rose is from I Am Roses.

The cute couple are
from my stash of Victorian papers and are popped up with 3-D foam adhesive. A few more of those Prima gems are there in the corner.

 The florals, all from
I Am Roses, were misted with Scintillating Silver.

for the month and has a killer layout displayed... be sure to check it out!
Now, one more treasure
to show you... the Penmaker has been in his work shop...

His latest creation
is made from "Gemstone" and is a Virage in black Titanium.

Thanks for stopping by today!
Hugs!
Linda
