One of my goals
for this year is to do more layouts. I prefer doing the 8x8 format, but know that I shouldn't limit myself to one specific size. Here is an 8x8 I just finished (which means I need to do a 6x6 or a 12x12 next) of our son and his wife at the Lego shop in Disney Marketplace.
The papers are Graphic 45's
Place in Time, in both 8x8 and 12x12, and Communique. It's backed with black medium-weight chipboard for stability.
The flowers are all from
I Am Roses; the heart trinket pins are by Maya Road; the metal key is by Momenta; the paper heart doilies are from my stash.
I used 3-D foam
adhesive squares for dimension. The metal heart key hole is by Idea-ology. I also used my paper distresser and/or Vintage Photo Distress Ink on the paper edges.
Looking out my studio
window as I write this post, I'm seeing a complete white-out. How can we still be getting this much snow in March? I hope your weather is better than what we are having. The Penmaker and I had lots of plans for a big celebration for my birthday week... hummm, guess we may need to hold off a few days.
Thank you friends for visiting... it sure makes my day!
