I pulled this card together with papers from my old DCC Timeless Type 8x8" stack, a kraft card base, a scrap piece of canvas and some new wood pieces and flowers.
I stamped the canvas with jet black Archival ink using a stamp from Artistic Outpost's Serenity set. I like that worn look that it has. My new wood pieces are some we picked up on our recent Gatlinburg trip. I have several styles of leaves, keys, hearts, dragonflies, plus lots of others. It was too hard to decide, so I bought nearly everything available.
The textured flowers and leaves are from Petaloo. The natural burlap string is by May Arts.
A trinket from BoBunny in copper.
My new wood hummingbird... I bought a bag of these guys in different stains.
A copper filigree metal corner from The Funkie Junkie Boutique.
A group of hunter's pens the Penmaker did with some beautiful designer acrylics.
He's working away today with some new equipment he bought at Rockler's in Pittsburgh. We drove over to take a look at what they had in vacuuming, and we ended up getting a few new parts to make his work easier. Sorry, ladies, I like to pretent I understand it all, but woodworking is a lot more involved than paper crafts. I think I'll just stick to making cards.
Have a wonderful Monday!
Thanks for stopping by... I so appreciate it!

A Mermaid's Crafts
Another gorgeous card. That little hummingbird is stunning. Very detailed. Sounds like your shopping trip in TN was extensive (and expensive LOL). Have a fantastic weekend!
Oh, wow, your card is SO gorgeous, Linda! I love the neutral paper and the bit of stamped canvas and LOVE all the detail! The cluster of flowers is so pretty. Loving the combo of fussy cut paper flowers with the dimensional Petaloo blossoms. The metal filigree in both corners is gorgeous, too, and I adore the wood pieces. They are so unique and awesome! And the Penmaker's new pens are truly fabulous, too!
