Happy Anniversary with Prima Lyric

Hello sweet friends! Happy Friday!
I haven't spent much time in my craft room lately, but I still have plenty of completed projects to show you. Like this one I did several weeks ago. A romantic shabby chic type anniversary pocket card that features Prima's Lyric from a number of years back. That was one gorgeous collection, and I'm sorry to say mine is nearly all used up. I love the peachy colors of this collection, but I wasn't fond of the bright pink on it. So whenever I created with it, I always covered that part up with an embellishment like I did here with my Happy Anniversary sentiment.

The pretty bow and flower lace is from my stash... it may be from Joann's. I used the Alterations Thinlits Stitched Circles die set and the Spellbinder's Fleur De Lis Squares set to make the corner pieces. Across the top are Prima Say It In Crystals.

The lovely flowers are also by Prima, combined with a couple of Maya Road pearl heart stick pins. The bow is a mix of peach picot ribbon and wrinkled seam binding.

Thanks so very much for stopping by! Have a great weekend!

Smile Pocket Card In Pink

Hello and welcome!
Today I have a Prima mix pocket card that can fit a lot of different occasions... and it's pretty in pink!
Again, I used up some of my older Prima stash. Not that I want to get rid of it, but more of the necessity of needed space for newer collections.

The pink half pearl trim is by Prima as well as the papers and the gorgeous flowers. I cut the leaves with Spellbinder's Foliage die set and some digi paper from Jodi Lee's Butterfly Garden collection. Love that crackled green pattern... one of my all time favorites and go to for leaves. "Smile" is from Altenew's Heartfelt Sentiments clear stamp set.

The lace is very vintage from my stash.

I heat embossed both sentiments with Ranger's Liquid Platinum. This one is from Artistic Outpost's Serenity red rubber set.

Hope you have a fantastic day and thanks for stopping by!

Very Vintage Sympathy Pocket Card

Hello there!
This card was an unusual experience in the making as, although it's a sympathy card, it was a joy to make. It went into my shop, so thankfully, I wasn't creating it to send. The happy part was in all the older materials I was able to use to put it together.

I believe the only recently bought product is from Prima. I purchase new flowers constantly and these are all from their newer collections.

My favorite elements are the vintage doily pieces, digi bird image printed quite a long while back, and the old ephemera. They just make me smile. I hope this card will be a comfort to someone at some rough time in their life.

So In Love Anniversary Card

Hello folks!
Just popping in here today with a quick post and an anniversary card I created for our son and his darling wife. I've use the lovely Prima Love Story collection and an A2 top folding Neenah Classic Crest Solar White 110 lb card stock for the base.

Did a very simple layout here using some of the Love Story ephemera and popping it up with 3-D Scotch Foam Tape.

For the different sized panels I used my MFT Die-namics STAX A2 Stitched Rectangles set, and for the foliage, Sizzix Alteratations Thinlits Garden Greens. The white lace is from my stash. For sparkle there is silver glitter paper from Hobby Lobby and Pretty Pink Posh Pink Blush Jewels.

Have a great weekend and thanks for stopping by!
