Where Will Your Dreams Take You? Pocket Card

Hi friends!
I have a Graphic 45 Princess pocket card today from that grouping I did a few weeks ago. This one has layers of lace and a wood mat by Prima that I coated with Liquitex white gesso.

I have one layer of Hobby Lobby gold glitter paper in there too! The flowers are a gorgeous Prima bloom and one from I Am Roses. The gold filigree button is vintage and it sits on a lace appliqué.

My tag is tied with a wrinkled seam binding ribbon bow.
Have a fabulous day and thanks for stopping by!

Blue Jay Pocket Card

Welcome friends!
We're having a very rainy, stormy time of it here this week, as is most of the country, I believe. Yesterday the storms came one after another, and now there is flooding all around.

I created a birthday pocket card using pretty Prima and I Am Roses flowers. The base papers are from the Mintay 7th Heaven collection by Karola Witczak and the image is from Bloomville. Her designs are quickly becoming my top favorites. The die-cut is Kaisercraft DIY Cuts Whimsical Circle Frame. I doubled it for stability. The frame beneath is also doubled and cut with MFT's Stitched Rectangles.

Also in the mix are vintage lace, wrinkled seam binding ribbon, and a paper doily. 💕
Have a great day friends and thanks for stopping by!

My Country 'Tis of Thee Birthday Card

Hello and welcome!
For this weekend I have a retro patriotic birthday card.

The base is A2 top folding with two of the layers done with the Alterations Postage Stamp Frame die in gold Metallic Kraft and Authentique paper (sorry I'm not sure of the collection). I added a wood American flag and a Tim Holtz Idea-ology Token.

Just a very quick post today friends.
Have a grand weekend and thanks for stopping by!

Blue Bicycle Pocket Card

Hi there and welcome friends!
I have a lacy and frilly birthday pocket card up today created from the Prima collection Georgia Blues. This is simply a divine grouping of patterns and blue shades enhanced with gold foiling. I purchased the single 12x12 paper sheets, ephemera pack, and several packages of the flowers.

To add to the loveliness of the collection, I pulled out lace trims, a paper doily, gold Metallic Kraft paper, and torn tea-stained copy paper and dictionary paper. It made a lovely soft mix.

I used the Alterations Thinlits Stitched Oval die set to cut this back ground for the blue bike ephemera piece... LOVE this!!! The bloom is a gardenia from I Am Roses and for the bow on my tag I used sari silk.
Have a wonderful day. Thanks for stopping by!

Remember Anniversary Card

Hello there dear friends!
I have a simple anniversary card up today created from the Kaisercraft Romantique kit I purchased at Scrapbook Super Store in Butler, PA. It has some slight modifications... the addition of the white paper doily, the pink pearl lace trim, seam binding ribbon bow, and lace appliqués. All pretty stuff.

Hope you have a wonderful day. Thanks for stopping by!

The Train Birthday Card

Hi there!
This again is my second post of the day. I'm still making a mad attempt to catch up on posting all the backlogged projects. This will be a very quick one as I have an anniversary card waiting on my desk I need to finish up.

This is my final card with the railroad theme using the My Mind's Eye 6x6 paper pads. I have used pretty much the same papers and fabric as the others... just a different layout.

Thanks for stopping by and have a great evening!

Memories Anniversary Pocket Card

Hello and Happy Monday!
I have an anniversary card up today. This is one I created for our son and daughter-in-law. It features  laces, beautiful Prima Lavender Frost patterned papers, tea-stained copy paper, and dictionary paper.

The rose was cut from a section of a wide pink  trim that came in the Audrey Loves Coco kit from Ooh-la-la Vintage Treasures. The Memories sentiment is chipboard from the LF Prima collection. The tag is tied with sari silk in a beautiful shade of creamy white.

Have a wonderful day and thanks for stopping by!

You Make the Good Times Better Card

Good morning! Welcome!
My card today is another using the Kaisercraft Romantique kit I purchased at Scrapbook Super Store in Butler, PA. It has a few tweaks and additions, but the basic pattern is from the kit.

I added in the Metallic Kraft paper, lace, and this pretty creamy yellow Petaloo flower. For the die-cut I used Spellbinders Oval Floral.

Thank you for visiting my blog today! Hope you have a wonderful Sunday!

Nautical Birthday Pocket Card

Ahoy there! Hi and welcome!
Today I have a nautical themed birthday pocket card up. This was a fun one to create. The papers are from the Mintay Marina collection by Karola Witczak. Beautiful papers... just lovely. I've been purchasing more and more of these.

I have some blue vintage lace mixed in the layers along with Metallic Kraft paper by Tim Holtz and a beet-stained Rolodex card. For trim I added an antique bronze filigree corner and a Paper Studio Nautical compass from Hobby Lobby. The gorgeous glittery flowers with beaded centers are from Prima.

My "Lets Celebrate" sentiment is a Tim Holtz Metallic Quotation in gold.
Please have a fantastic weekend and come back tomorrow for another project!

Gift Card Birthday Bag

Hi friends!
This is my second post for today. I still have a lot of projects I haven't showed you yet. I've been cranking them out right and left... just having fun creating.

This is a gift card bag I made for our dear daughter-in-law's birthday last week. So fun to make.

The perfect size for scraps. I layered on a Prima wood mat that I coated with white gesso, lace trims, a tea-stained doily piece, and dictionary paper.

The bloom is by Prima... very vintage. It's combined with lace snippets.

The resin bird is also vintage Prima. His tail was cracked, so I added on an additional feather to make him beautiful again.
Have a wonderful weekend and thanks for stopping by!

Treasured Moment Card

Hello my friends!
We have the flooring guys here today with step one of this years update. We've been putting this off, and the Penmaker finally decided now was the time to tackle it. I'm really excited, but oh, the mess!

This friendship card has a combination of Kaisercraft Romantique 6x6 papers, ephemera, a paper doily, and Prima packaging.

For extras I added a Prima bloom and white crocheted lace. This card pattern and some of the supplies came from a kit I purchased at Scrapbook Super Store in Butler, PA... my go to shop for all things paper.
Thanks for stopping in today! Have a great Friday.

Ride The Rails & On The Train Birthday Cards

Hello and welcome!
I have two cards up today featuring... trains. You're probably wondering why I keep creating train cards. Well first of all I've been trying to use up all the train 3-D stickers I bought sometime ago, and second because when I was a kid I was a tomboy and had an enormous train layout. My Dad had a hobby store so I could get all my supplies from him. I'd hang out in his shop and talk with all the model railroad club members and find out all the scoop on "how to". Some of them even came to our house and built my table for my layout, and installed the basic train pattern.

Then I grew up and left it all behind. But I still have a soft spot for trains.

These are both pretty close in style and color. Black cardstock mats, tea-stained copy paper, and My Mind's Eye 6x6 paper pads.

On this one I used Tim Holtz Thinlits Gearhead die, Idea-ology Hex Fasteners, and some TH fabric. The larger gear and sentiment sign are from Paper Studio at Hobby Lobby.

Thanks for stopping by today! Have a great afternoon!

Lookin' Good Card

Hello again!
I'm doubling on posts once more, so this is my second of the day.

For this train top folding A2 card I pulled out some vintage 7 Gypsies paper (love this stuff and really hate using it up). I layered it with Tim Holtz denim from his Textile Surfaces by Idea-ology, along with dictionary paper and a scrap of graph paper. The screw head is from Prima.

Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful evening!

Friends Card

Hello there!
Ahhhh, yes! A sunny, warm day! How is your weather? We've had so many up and down days this spring. I'm looking forward to warmth.
I have a card today to show you with some pretty spring green colors. Still using up these scraps and 6x6 paper pads... lovely patterns and colors. I love this combination.

The die-cuts are all from the Kaisercraft Collectables Anthology pack. These were a great investment as I've used up nearly half the package already. They seem to match so many different papers.

I tucked in another of my tea-stained doilies and some of the tea-stained copy paper... tore and inked. They go so well with this combo.
Have a happy day folks, and thanks for stopping by!

Brave and Handsome Birthday Card

Hello friends!
I'm late today getting this post on, so I'll make it a short one.

I'm still working on using up those 6x6 paper pads. This came from another My Mind's Eye collection along with a couple of images I had been hoarding. The canon die-cut came from the Gettysburg scrapbook shop and the Adornment Star is Tim Holtz Idea-ology.

Also in the mix is dictionary paper, tea-stained copy paper, and an Idea-ology Clippings Sticker.
Thanks for stopping by!

Happy Birthday Mini Gift Card Bag

Hello again!
This is my second post of the day. I'm back logged on projects waiting to be seen so I need to start doubling up.
This is a gift card bag I created for our son's birthday last month.

This is a simple make... quick and easy, utilizing that scrap pile on my desk along with some dictionary paper and tea-stained copy paper. I purchased the bags online some time ago. They're about 3 5/8" x 6". Perfect for a gift card. The name on the label is Annabel Gray, Purveyor of Necessities. I added a couple of Idea-ology embellishments... an Adornment Star and a Mini Paper Clip.

Thanks again for stopping by!
