Blush Happy Birthday Pocket Card

This pocket card is the
one I made for my oldest granddaughter, Katie, whose birthday we celebrated on Saturday. As of late, I've been pulling out my old paper pads trying to use some of them up and reduce my stash. These papers are from My Mind's Eye Lost & Found Two called Blush... lovely pinks and creams with some kraft and black... gorgeous collection! I chose out mostly pinks along with a cream text sheet that's edged with some light pink... looks like they distressed it with Spun Sugar DI.  I did some machine stitching on these mats and added an Alterations Distress Doily.

The K & Co bird sticker
is ages old... I don't have the packaging, so I can't tell you the name... sorry! It's framed with a die-cut made from Spellbinder's Floral Doily Motif and a Large Standard Circle. My florals are a combination of a Prima Lyric bloom, an I Am Roses cherry blossom and two-toned roses, foliage cut from Alterations Spring Greenery and a bit of Darice natural hemp.

My tag is embellished
with pink crinkled seam binding, hemp and a charm I made with an Idea-ology Fragment.

Thanks for stopping by!
Linda

So gorgeous, Linda! Loving all the pinks and the loose string twirled around the bird. Totally love what you did with the on the edge doily, too!
