I'm sorry I haven't been around much.
We finished up our garage sale and then gave a surprise birthday party for our future daughter-in-law.
She is totally into sharks, so I made her card from this
amazing Best Creation paper from their Summer Time collection using both sides. Made the scalloped border from Tim Holtz Vintage Shabby and an MFT die, and the other with a scrap of unknown origin and a MS Scallop Dot punch.
My sentiment is inked onto another snippet of the Best Creation
paper cut with a Spellbinders Labels Seventeen. I added Ranger's Antique Linen Distress Ink to the edges. Put on some bling and a Recollections Rose.
The shark and shells are from the Reminisce Under The
Sea Dimensional Sticker Set. The bow is ribbon from Michaels.
Happy Birthday Dear Sarah!

I love this! I hope she has a happy birthday…won't she be surprised when she opens this card. Surely she will not get one like it :)

I'm glad I read your post saying that Sarah loves sharks! How thoughtful of you to make such a special card for her! LOVE the blue and the shells, too! She will LOVE this!
what a fun card, Linda! So perfect for your shark-loving future DIL. Love the combination of elegant and quirky on here. Beautiful paper, sentiment label and ribbon, mixed with the unexpected fun of those stickers. Adorable!
I love the combo of a feminine card, blue and a shark :). A bit unusual but definitely gorgeous!
Your DIl will love it!
Hugs,
Stella
