The current challenge at
Sugar Creek Hollow is to make a vintage, shabby chic or primitive style Masculine Valentine.
I tried not to put any
feminine elements on this card, but I just couldn't pass up on the two blingy buttons and the glitter. After all, it is a Valentine and it needs some pazazz!
The buttons are from
my stash. I purchased the die-cut from an Etsy shop... painted it with white acrylic, added a coat of Mod Podge and Twinklets Diamond Dust. A bit fussy, but I hope the Penmaker will like it.... and by the way... here is one of his latest creations...
Check out the clip.
Thanks for stopping by today!
Hugs!
Linda

This is gorgeous Linda, Love the texture in your wonderful card (you used some of my fave papers) with the buttons and glitter. Just simply a beautiful design and your hubby is quite the artist, so beautiful.

What a great masculine card, love the layered button idea. Another work of art from the Penmaker, I treasure my pen that you sent me and it gets used most days.xxx
Linda, this is a GORGEOUS masculine Valentine, one of the nicest I've ever seen. The die cut you embellished is just perfect to highlight those cool buttons from your stash. Must be a heavy card! ;) The Penmaker's latest pen is so handsome.
