Sorry for the absence
from my blog. The Penmaker and I have been taking advantage of the beautiful fall coloring and driving everywhere we can find a hill ablaze with autumn leaves. It's really late this year in our area, but oh, so pretty.
The Cottage Chic mini album
is nearly finished. It's certainly taken a good deal of time, and well worth it, I'm thinking! Hopefully, I'll have that up this week yet. I did take a pause and make an encouragement card using the My Mind's Eye Be Happy 6" x 6" paper pad.
I did some stamping
with Stampscapes Lakeside Cabin set. Just a bit of distressing and a couple Queen & Company pearls.
Very simple!

How wonderful you and the penmaker are out and about enjoying the beauty of mother nature these days, Linda! We've had a really late start to our fall leaves display this year, too...and the window has been very small, but things are beautiful anyway. :)
I love the simple elegance of your lovely card! The monochromatic scheme is very serene and that image is lovely. Love that you kept it simple, without additional coloring. The hexagons and tiny pearls add a great finishing detail!
Beautiful card and image Linda. I saw this on MIM..Loz
