The Search Continues Pocket Cards

My son, free-lance writer
that he is, writes articles for several Bigfoot organizations. With the Ohio Bigfoot Conference coming up soon, he and the Penmaker got together with a plan to present a pen to each of the speakers. I was asked to create some pocket cards to hold them.

I normally go in for
a lot of layers and embellishments, but these seemed better left a bit sparse.

I used Prima's Engraver
12 x 12 collection for the card base along with Glitz French Kiss 6 x 6 paper pad for the tags. The logo was cut with Spellbinder's Deckled Rectangles.

The pen, held in a black
velvet pouch, slips down into the pocket along with the Penmakers info sheet.

The feathers and ink bottles
are part of Alterations Writing Desk die. I edged them and emphasized the spine with Walnut Stain Distress Ink.

The pens are a hybrid
cigar with gunmetal finish. The blanks are an assortment of one of a kind acrylics.

Hope the guys will like these!

Thanks for stopping by!
Linda
