I'm sorry I haven't
been around much lately... both here at my blog and to visit yours. This seems to be a very busy spring so far... lots to do and places to go... the pleasures of retirement. I just finished a card for my stash and want to show you before I head back out to the garden. The Penmaker is already out there, power washing the fence. Hope he hasn't washed away the mulch I just put down!
The papers... Pink Paislee's
Nantucket "Oyster Bar" and from Glitz Pretty in Pink "Toile" and Beautiful Dreamer "Polka"... are from the Pixie Dust Paperie kit "Mary, Mary, Quite Contrary". I'm so sorry that Kirsty has decided to give up the Pixie kits, as they have always been a real source of inspiration for me. I've loved them from the start, and am really going to miss them.
Just received an order
from I Am Roses containing these beauties. I sprayed them with Scintillating Silver Glitz Spritz.
A piece of Canvas
Corp Flute topped with a Glitz Design French Kiss Peek-a-Boo. I used both Antique Linen and Forest Moss Distress Ink. The butterflies were cut with Die-namics Butterflies die and layered with TPC Studio "So Delish" jewels.
The ticket was cut with
Alterations Mini Tickets Set. I also used Cuttlebug's Textile Texture embossing folder and Martha Stewart's Oak Leaf punch. The tulle is from Glitz Design's Beautiful Dreamer Trims and also came from that lovely kit.
Now, from the Penmaker...
another of his inlay designs...
the golfer... in maple.
Thanks for stopping by today!
Hugs!
Linda

Such a beautiful, dreamy card, Linda! Love all the pink and the feminine design. The bit of corrugated paper and the tulle add such great visual texture. This is a fabulous mix! And another really cool pen, too. Love the inlay!
Beautiful creations!!
Well you and the penmaker may be retired but thank goodness your craftiness hasn't. Your card is amazing Linda and the penmaker's latest is exceptional. Hugs!
